A BIG CONGRATS on reaching that 2.5M mark and your nice new red big truck! : ) Wow! Truly awesome! Only 18,878 GBs out of more than 13+ million GBs have reached 1M points and their first red car, but you have reached that 2.5M milestone! :( Others ahead of you have retired, so there is lots of room at the 3M milestone with that big red limo awaiting your arrival! Only 2,671 GBs have continued onto 3M points! More than 6 of 9 GBs use the GasBuddy app! Using the the GasBuddy mobile app helps a GB keep their consecutive days almost indefinitely, and increase weekly points by more than 8k extra by getting more points for the daily/weekly challenges, as you have been doing, that's more than 2M extra points in 5 years! Keep going, don't stop now, it's not time to retire yet! It's nice seeing you come back each day as I track your progress to 3M! Thanks buddy for your 4+ years of dedication here in GasBuddyLand! Have a nice week! Ron

I was planning on posting this topic along with some others, including two others I've already posted here at GB, but I screwed up and accidentally posted the topic before I could finish adding to it. Go here for more:

I and others could get even more out of most everything on the road, and even these 150 mpg can get more than that. I just wish I had the damned money to do it! Here's a couple of other links: and this one

"This people who made up these rules must think that the conspiracy theories that 100mpg vehicles exist...the wealthy." They DO exist! I and other can do it! 54 mpg is nothing. Vehicles that get over 100 mpg have been around for decades. Just take a look at these two for starters: and a video link for it here: But, I guess that's what they want."

Here in KY we are newbies to big time racing! They worked really hard to get a race here and they screw it up every year when it comes around with the traffic. I have been to 1 NASCAR race ant that was at Bristol for the night race. I had a blast and the traffic was pretty easy. I figure a lot like in PA. I haven't been in the KY Speedway traffic (parking lot) on race day, but it makes the news every year. I think they are trying to do some things to get it right, but KY traffic engineers are definitely not world renown by any stretch of the imagination. Somebody needs to put a bug in the ear of the KY Speedway folks to talk to the PA racing folks and get some advice.

mightyace, My response to JimL1 - Jim, as a member of RACES, I have been enroute to a specific area, as directed by my EOC and been redirected to a different area while in transit, due to a higher priority. That isn't going to happen with this device and would prevent me from receiving "Messages directly concerning the immediate safety of life of individuals, the immediate protection of property, maintenance of law and order, alleviation of human suffering and need," A quote from the FCC. Time lost arriving at the "wrong" location, waiting to "park" and report arrival and then be redirected, could result in the loss of lives or cause additional suffering. I for one can't and won't go that way!
