Yessir, you're correct....if one is not already past 80, with problems with BP and cholesterol, sleep apnea, a pacemaker, poor circulation, a stent, no thyroid, no prostate, breathing problems, etc.., all he has to to is hit the fitness center and get after it. Last time I did that, I ended up with the pacemaker because my heart stopped for almost four seconds at a time. Nope...this is right for me, and it's what I'm going to do. If I get though it, things'll be better. If I die on the table, things'll be better. How can I lose?
