However, I predict that the loan will be repaid, in full, with interest. That's because the Ford Class B stockholders, who basically run the company (Alan Mulally is mainly there because the Ford family couldn't do it all), consist of people who have their last name in the Blue Oval. I'm certain that the Ford Motor Company will default on a loan over their collective dead bodies.
