Wars have started for less egregious reasons. But YOU'RE RIGHT and it's probably going to happen around the turn of the Century. If not wars, skirmishes will be fought and people will die. The commodity that will be fought over, bought and sold like oil, rationed and hoarded will be water. When that time comes, Arizona is probably going to be mentioned in conversations as the place that people's parents or grandparents came from.
