The fitness is very important in our daily life. To keep fit our self we must be add exercise regular diet, and regularly seeing a doctor as well. Multiple studies shows that people who have access to health care live longer. we must add a fun in our life if we want to stay fit.dorkey

CONSUMER REPORTS had a very interesting story. They found that throwing a lot of money at patients in the last two years of life did only one thing: it increased the amount of time they had to spend in doctors' offices and hospitals. They didn't live any longer and their quality of life was worse.
