no. i pretty much trust the tire shop to rotate the tires. they look at as an opportunity to up-sell other services.
i have did previously have a bum tire shop that overinflated a tire by 8#s.

Nope. I just take them off, move them to the right corner and put them back on.

I sometimes mark them to make sure the dealer rotated them and have always found that they have done so.
