When I bought my truck it didn't even have a radio in it! Fortunately I'd thought ahead and taken the stereo out of my previous vehicle and installed it in my truck. And I'm so glad that it had an auxiliary port - made setting up my XM unit that much easier. Driving constantly between Washington and Nevada as I do, satellite radio has without any doubt saved my sanity.
